As a teenager and young adult, Jeff spent countless hours working in Orange Acres and Cedar Cove in the areas of community maintenance, groundskeeping, resident manager of Cedar Cove, sales, resident service, obtaining bids for community projects, resident relations,and doing whatever needed to be done. This allowed Jeff to learn how to manage the business from the ground up. Today Jeff serves as President and Owner/Operator.

Jason spent countless hours working in both Orange Acres and Cedar Cove as a teenager and young adult in the areas of community maintenance, groundskeeping, resident manager of Cedar Cove, sales, resident service, obtaining bids for community projects, resident relations, and doing whatever needed to be done.This allowed Jason to learn how to manage the business from the ground up. Today Jason serves as Vice-President and Owner/Operator.

Ohio
Greg is our Director of New Home Placement and Specialized Maintenance. His father, Earl, was Maintenance Supervisor at Orange Acres and both of his sons have worked in the Maintenance Department. He handles all aspects of New Home Placement from lot lay-out, lot prep, home set-up and construction, permitting, and warranty needs. Greg can fix just about anything. He also oversees community maintenance projects, supervises part of the maintenance team, and is in charge of all vehicles and equipment upkeep.

Tronn handles all aspects of sales in both Orange Acres and Cedar Cove for New and Pre-Owned home sales. This includes: listing, selling, contract, and closing. He also handles New Home orders for both models and custom homes. Tronn deals with rule implementation and resident relations for both communities. He also coordinates Work Orders and monthly checklists with the Maintenance Team.

Phoebe works in the Office serving as Jeff & Jason’s Executive Assistant. She also has other various Executive and Administrative roles in the business such as payroll, bookkeeping responsibilities, and handles all digital resources such as community websites and social media.

Amy handles the rentals in our communities and assists with Sales along with helping out in various other tasks and projects in the Main Office and in our Communities.Amy also coordinates and assists Warrington Enterprises events.

Mark works on the Maintenance Team in our communities, primarily in grounds keeping such as tree trimming, grass cutting, landscaping, etc. Mark also assists with different aspects of community maintenance and resident services. He also helps with pull-out and new home set-up.

Joe works on the Maintenance Team in our communities. Joe also assists with different aspects of community maintenance, resident services, and various community projects and tasks. He is also assigned the important task of upkeep at the pool, Community Centre, and court area of Orange Acres so that they are always neat and well maintained.
